That the Recreation Superintendent appear before this Board to provide an update of all expenditures for the current fiscal year.

Alderman Lafuente stated he would like to have proof of the Recreation Dept.'s expenditures for sporting goods in FY14.

Chairman Lafuente requested that a list of all purchase orders and inventory be provided to the committee along with a list of what was or will be purchased with the remaining available funds ($18,000). Alderman Heuston requested that the list provided to the committee at this meeting, be revised and expanded to include more specific details. Alderman White requested a greater breakdown of funds and a list of encumbrances, i.e., what's been spent to date and what is expected to be spent by the end of this fiscal year.

Chairman Lafuente asked that the new director provide a response on this item, along with figures on the new football league.
