That the Administration provide in writing to this Council, upon the granting of either an extension of a temporary Certificate of Occupancy (COO) or a permanent COO to the 21 Cherry Street residential development, a complete written explanation for granting a COO to a property that currently has many existing well-documented and built violations of the conditions in the zoning permit granted by the Zoning Board of Appeals, in the interest of full transparency and accountability.
