5. 194189 : That the Chief of Police and City Solicitor appear before this Board’s Public Health and Safety Committee to discuss the December 27, 2012 incident at the Holiday Inn and to make any recommendations to prevent another occurrence.

11. 194195 : That the City Solicitor prepare an ordinance and/or policy to govern the use of the Automated License Plate Recognition System in preparation for the Police Department's use of these devices again.
